Daniel Stapleton brings more than three decades of hands-on national security and operational leadership experience to CAVATOR Subterranean Solutions. A former IDF Special Forces combat fighter and officer, Daniel has dedicated his career to advancing operational excellence, mission safety, and the protection of both civilian and military personnel in the most demanding environments. His background spans senior roles across Israel’s security ecosystem, including service in the IDF, the Israel Security Agency (ISA), the Prime Minister’s Office, and executive leadership positions in security and international affairs at El Al Israel Airlines. Across these roles, Daniel was responsible for complex, high-risk operations, large-scale budgets and personnel, and continuous coordination with government and defense authorities worldwide. As Co-Founder and CEO of CAVATOR—and CEO of Caeli Technologies—Daniel applies this experience directly to the company’s mission: designing, integrating, and enabling technologies and operational frameworks for subterranean, confined-space, and extreme-condition operations. Working closely with the Ministry of Defense and IDF, he continues to support defense, rescue, and irregular-warfare missions by ensuring that systems, logistics, and operations perform safely, reliably, and effectively when lives are on the line. A former IDF Special Forces unit commander, Daniel excels in high-stakes, regulated environments where timelines, key performance indicators, and compliance are critical.

A veteran of underground infrastructure and civil engineering, Yiftah specializes in complex tunneling, horizontal/vertical drilling, deep shoring, groundwater management, and large-scale HDD operations (up to 48” dia., 1200m). He has led multiple companies executing high-consequence projects for the Ministry of Defense and Israel Railways, bringing financial rigor and delivery discipline to mission-critical works.

Einav ensures program readiness from budgeting and logistics to supply-chain coordination. With an M.A. in Anthropology of Medicine & Psychology (HCI and AI ethics exposure) and a B.A. in Psychology/Arts (University of Haifa), she applies behavioral science and cross-cultural insight to drive efficient, human-centered operations.

Nir oversees warehouse operations, equipment fleets, and field logistics—managing inventory, maintenance cycles, and rapid deployments. A detail-driven coordinator with infrastructure project experience, he ensures tight-timeline mobilization from warehouse to operational site.
